Destined past: past in the future

24 years from now the world has been put into chaos. This age has been dubbed by the fuhrer Bastion as the golden age of America. He is the leader of the five sub rulers of this new world order, not many know exactly who the true ruler, most who find out often die within a few days. And it would seem that death has sought me out now like so many others.

An young man with long flowing black hair and pale skin came upon my house one day during a raid. He was one of the true rulers four horsemen. His forces murdered my friends, my family, everyone I held dear to me, but then he saw me and just looked his clear white eyes peered right into my eyes. "So its you, this is how all this got started is it, your arrival those 24 years ago, that’s when I knew it was the beginning. Vash, yes that’s right I know your name." I looked at him, I was quivering in fear. What would a horseman need from me? Soon the horseman turned his head. "Come now boy, I must get you out of here!" The man covered my body with his cape. As soon as I could see light again I saw that we were now in a barren field. "Boy, do you have the gift yet?" He asked me. "What gift?" I exclaimed. "I thought as much." He walked to a small pedistal in the middle of the field. He looked back at me. "feast your eyes boy." Suddenly the ground began to rise beneath our feet. As the ground finally stopped I walked towards the man. "These are the ruins of chronos, boy!" The man said.  I looked around it was amazing, like nothing I had ever seen, then i looked at the pedistal and sow a crystal blowing in the middle it had a golden L shape with a pearl in the upper right hand corner.  I put my right hand over the crystal and a beam of light shot through my hand.  and now marked in black was the shape of that symbol.  "That symbol you now wear is the sole legacy of the angel Chronos, Eden of time.  The man looked past me.  I turned around and there standing was one of the most infamous Horseman He was clad in silver armor and a rather intricate mask, theres not one person on this earth who did not know what he was called.  "Akiko!"  The man yelled at him.  Akiko walked forward towards the two of us.  "Akiko!  Remiel!  what business do you have here!"  A voicecame from above us as a man with red hair and a black over coat dropped to the ground before us.  "Vash!" Akiko said in his cold, slow, low voice.  Vash took the revolver from his left his lift side and the rapier from his right.  "How dare you defile this place of god."  Vashbegan to rush at Akiko. Akiko materialized his giant Glave sword.  "boy you must use your power."The man called Remiel whispered into my ear.  Akiko ran at Vash and there blades clashed.  Though Vash only held a rapier he held his own as the two blades would not budge. 

my right hand began to burn and and I held my eyes shut as the pain increased. when  I opened my eyes I was in a dark alley way.  There was no one around me.  There beside me was a shining silver revolver.
